A “Compare” feature that allows you to compare two species on the same screen

A personal species list that stores your snake sightings saved to the device* (can be exported and emailed in CSV format)

*Uninstalling the program will result in the loss of your list, it is recommended that you keep your own backup (master list) separate from the program.

What's New in Version 1.6

**Important - you may lose your "My List" in any update, please make sure that you have another copy elsewhere**

Updated user-interface to keep in line with our other apps:
eSnakes is now universal – it is designed for use on iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad (similar to Sasol eBirds).
Now you can just swipe across the screen to move to next or previous species.
Single tap on images to expand them.
Single tap on text to expand it.
When looking at a species you can rotate the device to make the images/text expand or resize to fill the screen (this also works when comparing).
My List can now be exported to a CSV formatted file and emailed.

Added the ability to change between common and scientific names throughout the app. The name lists can also be viewed in either taxonomic or alphabetic order (according to the book).

Added new photographs supplied by the author.

Added the ability to look up previous My List Locations when logging a species.

Updated app icons to high resolution for retina devices.

The app will now stretch to the larger screen on iPhone 5.

Fixed various bugs and errors.

Frustrating on an iPad

The information is fairly extensive but the screen shot is iPhone size and makes reading on an iPad frustrating. This significantly diminishes the experience.
